RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPAIRS

At Everything Fuel Injection, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem, please contact us so we can assess it and help resolve it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor fault, we will generally offer a free repair within a reasonable time. If it is not resolved within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

These rights are not excluded simply because a product has been installed or used.

Change of mind and discretionary returns

We do not accept returns simply because you change your mind, no longer require the product, or have found an alternative.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for another reason, please contact us. Where no legal right to a return applies, we may consider a goodwill return individually, at our discretion.

Any goodwill return must be agreed with us in writing before it is sent back. Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and undamaged, with their original packaging, accessories and supplied components.

Approval of a goodwill return is not a general satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds and postage

For an approved goodwill return, the refund is limited to the purchase price paid for the returned product. Original postage and handling charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return postage.

These restrictions do not apply where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. For a confirmed consumer-guarantee fault, we will reimburse reasonable return costs. Please retain postage receipts. Other delivery costs will be refunded where legally required.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Fault assessment and repairs

We may assess a product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, misuse or modifications may require a paid repair. These circumstances do not automatically remove rights for unrelated faults.

Where a repair is not covered by your legal rights or an applicable warranty, we will explain any proposed inspection, repair and postage charges and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

How to arrange a return or repair

Please contact us with:

  • Your name and order number, or other proof of purchase.
  • The product name and serial number, if applicable.
  • A description of the problem and when it occurs.
  • Relevant photographs, videos and installation details.

Please contact us before posting your product so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Pack it securely, using suitable protection for electronic components. We recommend tracked postage.

Original packaging is not required for a consumer-law claim.

Stored settings and tune files

Before sending an electronic product for assessment or repair, back up any accessible tune files, settings and other stored data. Testing, resetting, repair or replacement may erase this information.
